Day 28


I tried to fancy up our normal eggs in a hole breakfast by making it star shaped. It worked ok on this one, the other two looked awful.It still tasted good though. :)

  1. I just butter the bread and cut a hole in the middle (I usually just use a cup). Then put the bread in the pan, drop the egg in the middle and cook it on one side until you can flip it without the egg sticking to your spatula, then cook a bit on the other side. I like the egg runny in the middle.
