Day 17

My Wreck This Journal - before I start wrecking it tonight! :)

Day 16

We tried training underwear on Peyton today (well, 08/30/10) and we ran around outside to show Daddy. We didn't try them long as we had a memorial service to run too but I figure on my day's off I'm going to start the days out at least in these rather than a diaper. Not actively trying to potty train yet, but this way hopefully she starts to learn when she's going potty. Plus, she just looks adorable in her "iiig irl unndies" as Peyton would say.

Day 15

A very crummy picture of my beautiful cousin that I hadn't seen in almost 5 years and my beautiful daughter. It was bright and the sun was in there eyes. It's the only pic I took that day so it's the one going in here. Oops. Taken 08/29/10. I'm a bit behind due to a funeral on Monday and a super busy weekend.

Day 10

Not a lot of time to take pictures today so I snuck a quick one of Peyton. It looked a lot less blurry on the camera. I'm lost. Anyways, it was too blurry so I played around and did a B&W conversion. It looks alright. Eh.

Day 9

What is funner than popping bubbles on a beautiful day?

Day 8

Peyton with her Grandpa Bobo! (My wonderful Dad!) She adores him which makes my heart so happy!

Day 7

One week down!

This is how my daughter throws a frisbee for my Mom's dog. Enjoy!

Day 6

My Mom, Aunt, Peyton and I all went to lunch at a place we love in Marysville today, Attic Secrets Cafe & Tea (go like them because they rock!)

I forgot to take a picture of my lunch as I had planned because I was too hungry and dug in before remembering what I wanted to do. So I took some shots of the sugar bowl instead.

Day 5

Yep - thats my sweet girl. She's blurry, prob not exposed right but who cares. She is stinking adorable.

And if anyone is wondering, this is her "the babies on the bus say waaah waah waah" movement. She always scrunches her nose up and giggles and moves her elbows and arms all crazy like.

I love her.

Day 4

My daughter does gymnastics and right now we are doing that on Wed evenings. Next month I think we are going to switch to Monday evenings though. Peyton loves it! Tonight she figured out how to hang and swing on the rings.

I am usually busy helping her during class so I don't get any chance to get pictures. Today I took some pics when we got home.

Day 3

Poor blurry kitty cat. At least you can still see how cute she is! Focus is one of my major issues I need to work to improve. Hopefully Project 365 will help me out with that!

Day 2

This is seriously the only picture I took this day. I ran outside real quick to get a picture of my Stargazer Lillys. I totally didn't even realize they had bloomed and they are already ready to go away. Sad.

Day 1

I'm doing a 101 in 1001 and part of that is to do a Project 365. So I get to mantain two blogs.. what was I thinking?!? =)

I'm actually very excited about both. The reason behind Project 365 being on that list is because I want to improve my photography. I have a Canon Rebel XS. I'm learning how to use it in manual but I have a ton to learn. What better way than making sure I take at least one picture every single day. The hard part of this for me will be the blogging part. So I may get a tad bit behind but I figure as long as I take my pictures every single day, that is what is most important. I will try to not let this get more than 3 days behind.

So anyways - Day 1 was August 15th, 2010. I had to start this day because I went to the most awesome place - Northern State Hospital. You can't get to the actual hospital part, but you can get to all sorts of old outbuildings that are so very cool and interesting to photograph. Here is my favorite picture of that day. Ok.. two of my favorites from that day. ;)
